in shape because of the teamwork between us! I am a trained Personal Trainer with 25 years

of fitness enthusiasm and would like to be a part of your training instruction.

I believe it takes a lot of energy, good humor, and willpower to stay at it. As a local actress

and someone who went from 200 pounds to 130 I understand this and help motivate during

hard times.

We work together on a one-to-one basis to streamline your personal fitness goals and make lifestyle changes that improve the quality of your life - for good!  

First consultation and fitness assessment - FREE

I work with each client individually to develop, equip, and manage the best fitness program for each while providing targeted programs and services that meet each client’s unique goals and objectives.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Grab a group of friends and team up to compete for weight loss, reduction in inches, and overall health!  Small group training is a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. 

 

Group training is progressive and results driven, with each session lasting six weeks, meeting one time a week to weigh in, learn a new workout routine for the week, and report to the group your progress.

 

Accountability, competition, and comraderie at it's best!

  • $12 per person (up to ten per group)

  • Up to 5 teams in a 6 week challenge

           Personal Training for Seniors

 

I put together a well-planned, progressive exercise program that can lead to dramatic improvements in strength, balance, confidence and the ability to live independently in seniors from 50 to 80 and beyond.
